This system will enable you to create a service ticket to alert our technicians that your product(s) are on their way to our facility for repair. After you have created a service ticket please print a copy of the ticket and include it in your shipment. Once your shipment is received at our facility you will notice that the status of your repair will change from pending to received. Typically repairs are completed within 24-48 hours after which time you will notice the status of your repair with change from received to completed. In addition to being able to track your repair you will notice a notes section on your service ticket where you can see what the technician found or serviced while your marker was here.
