Once you have logged-in simply click the "New Ticket" tab to begin. Enter the information requested as completely as possible as missing information could delay processing. Select the service that corresponds to your needs. Once complete, click the "Submit Ticket" button.
After you have completed and submitted your service ticket please print a copy and include it with your repair.

Also, please write your service ticket number on the outside of your box. This ensures your box is immediately given to our service department upon receipt.
Once you have completed, submitted, and printed a copy of the ticket, and written the ticket number on the outside of the box please ship to:

Once logged-in click the "My Tickets" tab, then select the ticket you wish to track. Your status will be listed as:

+ Pending
+ Received
+ Complete

This system will enable you to create a service ticket to alert our technicians that your product(s) are on their way to our facility for repair. After you have created a service ticket please print a copy of the ticket and include it in your shipment. Once your shipment is received at our facility you will notice that the status of your repair will change from pending to received. Typically repairs are completed within 24-48 hours after which time you will notice the status of your repair with change from received to completed. In addition to being able to track your repair you will notice a notes section on your service ticket where you can see what the technician found or serviced while your marker was here.
